No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking services. Fonts are served from my own server. The LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook icons are plain links, not embedded plugins; a connection to those networks is only established when you click a link.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on servers of A1 Telekom Austria AG, Vienna. When you open a page, the server automatically processes technical access data: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and the previously visited page (referrer). This data is used solely to operate the website securely and reliably and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after 30 days at the latest unless they are needed to investigate a security incident. A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.
Contacting me
If you contact me by email or by phone, I process the data you provide (such as name, company, email address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry) in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). The data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. Please note that unencrypted email is not suitable for confidential information.
Data in a business relationship
If an engagement is agreed, I process the data required to perform the contract (name, address, company, contact details, invoicing data). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Invoices and accounting records are retained for seven years in accordance with § 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO). Data is passed on to third parties only where necessary to perform the contract (for example to my tax advisor or bank) or where required by law.
Google Maps
This website embeds a map from Google Maps (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you open a page containing the map, your browser connects to Google's servers and transmits your IP address and technical browser data to Google; Google may also set its own cookies. A transfer to the USA is possible; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so the transfer is based on Art. 45 GDPR. The legal basis for the embed is my legitimate interest in presenting my location in an easily accessible way (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). For details, see Google's privacy policy (opens in new tab).
Appointment booking
For scheduling, I link to a Google Calendar booking page (Google Ireland Limited). The data you enter there (name, email address, requested time) is processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy and transmitted to me to hold the appointment (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Using the booking page is voluntary; you can also arrange appointments by email or phone.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data stored about you, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, please contact cuxpro@christianemoser.at. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Validity of this privacy policy
This privacy policy is valid from October 8, 2026 and remains in force until it is replaced by a more recent version. Changes to the website that involve new processing will be added here.
